Thomas Jackson born approx 1798 London,joined the Coastguard/Revenue Service 1823 ,married a Susanna Irwin ? in Co Cork 1826,3 known Children, Martha, Sara,John Nugent,Thomas was Chief Coastguard Officer at Achill Island Co Mayo until 1835 and moved onto Dingle Co Kerry till he retired in 1855 and died in Dingle 1870.
