The one with the question mark might have been copied from the other one. The person who did, saw Larno, and had no idea what it could be.

Back to what I think is the original writing.
Larno ... no ideas.
Wigham - The W of the name is so different! Could it be a H?
Have a look at other W's and H's in the document.

Googled Wigham: Devon

Wingham: Kent, halfway Canterbury and Sandwich.

Higham: Leicestershire, halfway Leicester and Birmingham

But the name Seddon is so Lancashire! I looked for W Seddon born 1893 */-2. About 40 hits, 3 in Wigan, just 5 not living in Lancashire (but some born there!).

I hope there are more people with suggestions.
