Looking for info' on my grandfathers brother. He was born Henry Thomas 1885 Bloxwich Staffordshire.
Was in Treeton Yorkshire with family by 1891.
Still in Treeton in 1901.
Known to have married a 'Lizzie' ?.
Had son Leslie in 1927 & a daughter Margaret born ?. Thought that Margaret played in Ivy Benson's all girl band at one time ?.
Leslie married & had a son Lyn approx' 1947.
Last known of Henry was that he worked in the coal mines, either Upton or Frickley pits.
They had a grocery shop in Upton in the 1940's through 1950's.
Any help would be much appreciated.
