Hello Ell, Its a corker this one isn't it???!!!!!

I do have the have the wedding certificate, and neither John or Emma have signed it. It looks to be in the registrares hand writing, same writing thoughout the certificate.I know Emma couldn't write because on Walter's birth certificate there is a X.
They were married at St Pauls church Sheffield which was where the city hall is to today, basically right in the centre of Sheffield, about 2 minutes walk from Norfolk Street.
As for John's birth certificate I haven't got the Anston one the Worksop 7b 38 1861, but I've got the Worksop 7b 23 1860. Where there is no father.
The odd thing about this is I remember my grandad mentioning once that his Grandad (John) had been a cutler.
This all very odd, I've been trying to work it out for the passed 3 years, and I can't make head n'tail of it.
