Deaths at Catterick Camp

I am trying to locate the death and any subsequent info on my maternal great grandfather, John Watson Shaw. He was born in Hawnby about 1869. It is believed that he died at Catterick Camp, possibly on exercise as part of the Territorial Force. He was a travelling farrier and my grandmother said she could remember him coming to visit them in Houghton le Spring, Durham when she was little. His wife Jane is shown as being married on the 1901 census and widowed on the 1911 one. Family legend has it that he was buried at Catterick. So far, I have been unable to find his death.

Does anyone know if there is a cemetery at Catterick Camp and if a death occurred there, which area the death would have been registered in? Also, is there anywhere I can find out if there is any record of the widows pension my great grandmother received?
