My family, Charles Dobson and his father Thomas Dobson, came from the Doncaster, Yorkshire, England. There are some records, I believe, in Adwick Le Street. Do you have any information for this area? Charles was b. 19 Oct 1822 in Doncaster, England, baptised in Adwick Le Street, England. Thomas Dobson was b. Jan 1798, Adwick Le Street(?). Both Thomas and Charles and the rest of Thomas's family came to the USA around 1830. Thomas married Mary ? while still in England, but I don't know the date or place. Can you help me with verifications and information on this family? Thank you.
