George Limer and his wife MaryAnne nee Cowlishaw, must have immigrated to South Australia shortly after marrying, although I cannot find them in the shipping lists they had a son William born in Adelaide in 1854. The family moved to the state of Victoria,on the East coast of Australia settled there, had a large family, living in a town named Benalla.My G Grandfather Frederick was born 1872, George Limer died at Benalla in 1893, his wife died in Melbourne in 1909. George was a carpenter.
