Hiya,
Hanley Library in Bethesda Street,Hanley,Stoke on Trent holds the electoral registers for the city, you can view them in their archives department

Stoke Civic Offices(Glebe Street,Stoke) used to also hold electoral records as well.
All burial records for the city are held at Carmountside Crematorium.
Carmountside Cemetery & Crematorium keeps a list of burials in all the Civil Cemeteries in the city, arranged in date order, but without name index. If you want to search our records, please contact the Carmountside office on: 01782 235050.
