Hi Sue,
staffordshire.record.office@staffordshire.gov.uk
e-mail them with your request for the address of where you can apply for copies of your relations records. It's very probable that she is buried in St James graveyard.
My relation died in St Edwards Asylum,Cheddleton,Leek,Staffordshire.
Stafford Record Office gave me the address of the local hospital records officer in Stoke on Trent, I wrote explaining my direct link to my relation offering to provide marriage certificates to prove my link. I received copies all my relations medical file by return post free of charge. I was amazed and thrilled at the same time. Get in touch with Stafford Office ASAP, you never know.
Regards
Bri
