Victor Immanuel told 1920 census he was born Scotland 1879, immigrated to USA 1902, naturalized 1905. Do have marriage certificate 1916 to Hazel Smith in Michigan, USA. Children: Kenneth Charles Rolfe and Jean. V.I. was in Coast Guard in 1917. Steel Inspector Pittsburgh, PA and Michigan. V.I. died 1934 Michigan. May have had a duel life elsewhere.
