Hello Janet, quite honestly, I don't know. I am at a point where I have Thomas M. Hannam, born around 1812 in England(possibly earlier). He gives his occupation as miner. He came out to NZ on the Whitby in 1841. His wife, Mary, born around 1813 (or earlier) followed with their children William, born about 1834 and Sarah, born about 1836, on the Lloyds in 1842. At this stage I am still trying to find out where exactly they came from and what their connections are. Would be great if they belong to your tree because I am drawing blanks. If anybody can help, please put me out of my misery!!! Dee
