I am trying to find out more about my great-great-grandfather, Henry Granger. He was born in Somerset county in 1828, the son of William Granger. At the time of the 1841 census, and through 1849, he was living with Simon and Hannah Norman on Upper High Street, Taunton. Simon was a bricklayer and Henry Granger was probably his apprentice.

Henry married Sarah Pimm, on June 20, 1849 in St. James Parish, Taunton. Their first child, Clara Eliza, was born on November 12, 1850 in Taunton. Henry, Sarah and Clara left for the US in 1851. After coming to the US Henry was a respected bricklayer in Lawrence, KS. Henry was also a musician, as was his wife Sarah.

Sarah had a brother who was a minister and lived in Brixton.

I'm primarily interested in learning more about Henry's parents and siblings, if any.
