My great grandmother was Caroline Stacey born 1846 Stedham Sussex. Her father was named William Stacey and gave his place of birth as Holton Somerset on the 1851 and 1861 censuses. Does anyone have any information regarding William Stacey (b about 1816) and/or other links with Holton prior to his birth.
