I live in Australia, but when I lived in
England for a year I purchased a framed Indenture dated 4 Oct 1697. It references Robert
Smith of Foscott, and Benjamine
Avery, Leonard
Whitchurch, Joseph
Jesser, John
Fowles,
Zachariah Bayly, and Richard
Parsons, all of Froome
Sellwood.
I've just started my "genealogy journey" and thought the above might be of interest to some. I've transcribed the Indenture and would be happy to post the full text if it is of interest.
