Hi, looking for information on an Arthur Horace Blowers or Horace Arthur Blowers. I believe he may have died in Dec. of 1947.
The gentleman who I seek, his father was James and mother was Ellen Sophia Woollard.
He was born in Halstead Essex or Ipswich, England 1883-1888.
I believe he came to Canada in 1920 but returned back to England in 1929, September.

I suppose an obituary would help, other than that, any information anyone could provide would be just wonderful.
