James of Village of Wingfield was born abt 1802. He was husband of Frances Aylward of Stradbroke. They had several children, one of which was Robert my great grandfather, the one to whom you are referring.
You'll see Robert in English Census records beginning 1851.
The real mystery is where James his father came from. I cannot find any birth or christening records for him.
