I am trying to find a male relative who was injured during WWI. He had a brother who was killed in action, unfortunately I don't know the name of either man. Their fathers name was Patrick Farrell who served in the military prior to settling in Ireland with his daughters Elizabeth (Lizzie) Farrell (b. abt 1888) and Alice Farrell (B. abt 1895 in Aldershot, Hampshire). Patrick also served with the RIC and is listed as deceased by 1918.
Now, I've been told that the injured brother of Alice and Lizzie upped sticks and moved to Newcastle upon Tyne, I am also told that he was married. I have no idea when he moved to Newcastle. I am hoping someone may have a relative or friend who may recognise some of this info as we have had no luck trying to track any of this family down at all. I've scoured the military BMD's but its like trying to find a needle in a haystack. If anyone could help in this search it would be most appreciated!
