I love a puzzle so had a look...
I too,saw the divorce details on UK archives naming Wilfred Victor Lowman as co-respondent, so one would think she would have married him...but I see his death right after the divorce is finalized.
Death:
Mar qtr 1902 Southwark Vol 1d pg 80
Wilfred Victor Lowman
So if she married - who? And remember after divorce she is just as likely to use her maiden name again
Here is a possible - (was she ever known as Louisa Jane?)
Marriage:(4 names in group)
June qtr 1905 Southwark Reg Vol 1d Pg 80
Louisa Jane Theobald*
Ellen Plummer
Edmund George Bray
William Edward Evans*
Could this be her marriage? Interestingly, there is a death of a Louisa Evans aged 48 in 1915 Southwark (1d 100) that would be almost exactly the right age.
Just speculation but may give you a lead.
