My Mother was known as Joyce Edwards as her maiden name. Her brother was someone I never did know. The reason why is that he was in the Second World War. His Date of Death I believe was July 3,1943. He was raised in Chapleau, Ontario Canada. What I am tracking down is a Grace Jewell.
I received a message and never did know why she sent the e-mail! I would like to know who she is and what connection she may have had with Mother's brother.
Another question is there anyone alive today that was or would have been in the same plane that went down over Germany in this year, Were you in his plane. I understand he was a rear gunner. So if you know please e-mail me.
He has five living sister's today, one is not doing to well with her memory at this time. The other's are fine and doing well.
Other than that I am the neice who wonders about this?
