Thanks again Bev. Linda Starling married Martin Kelly (son of the butcher and we aren't sure if Martin was a butcher too) on 26 June 1965 at St John's Church Bethnal Green. Linda was the daughter of John and Sarah Starling and first cousin of my husband, Tom. Tom migrated to Australia in the late 1960's and has lost all contact with all his relatives in England. Tom is trying to write his memoirs of growing up in Bethnal Green and his school days at Globe Road Primary School and Mansford St school in Old Bethnal Green Road. Tom's parent both worked at Kearley and Tong on Bethnal Green Rd opposite the Police Station.
One of Tom's uncles, George Wood lived at Dalston.
