My Thomas O'BRIEN was born abt. December 24, 1850 in Claremorris, County Mayo, Ireland. He married a Mary Ann COONEY who was born in England abt. 1855 -1860 to Irish-born parents. I have reason to believe she may have been from the Oldham, Lancashire area. There was at least one child born to Thomas O'BRIEN & Mary Ann COONEY in England. This child was a daughter named Mary, who was born abt. 1883. This family emigrated to the United States (Boston) about 1885. Thomas O'BRIEN was naturalized in Fall River, MA in 1890. I have no idea who Thomas O'BRIEN's or Mary Ann COONEY's parents were. Any connections out there? Thank you.
