Susannah Heys, c 1837 Burnley area. Duplication of names in the family ??

Classification: Query
Surnames: HEYS, LANCASTER
I am researching Sarah Agnes Lancaster b 1876, Burnley area. I started with the 1881C and found her together with her siblings including sister Annie at Fenny Fold, Hapton Lancs. I am fairly sure this is the correct family as my info is that two sisters (Sarah Agnes and Annie) married two brothers from the Phillipson family. In 1881 the parents are shown as George and Sarah Lancaster. I am fairly sure this is an enumerator error, as in all other censuses (before and after) the mother is shown as Susanna (various spellings appear).
Working backwards I can find the family in 1871 at Hapton, parents George and Susana.
In 1861 again they are at Hapton, parents George and Susannah.
In 1858 there is a marriage George Lancaster / Susanna Heys at Burnley.
Now I want to find the parents of Susanna Heys.
Baptism records show a Baptism in BLACKBURN in 1837 with parents Lawrence and Susanna.
I try to Lawrence and Susanna (senior) in 1841.
A likely entry is at New Accrington Lancs.
Lawrence (30) Susanne (30) Ann (13) William (10) Richard (9) Alice (6) and Joshua (1).
Now daughter Susanna is not here. I put this down to enumerator error, as Alice, her senior, is at the end of one page and Joshua, her junior is at the start of the next page. Maybe I am wrong !
In 1851 the family is at New Accrington. Lawrence is not here, but wife Susannah is shown Married, and Head. Others here are Ann (22) William (20) Alice (16) Joshua (11) Lawrence (9) Jane (7) SUSANNA (5) John (1). John is shown as Son but in 1861 he is shown as Grandson.
Who is this new Susanna ??
In 1861 the family is at Old Accrington. Lawrence (58) Susanna (?) Alice (28) Joshua (21) Lawrence (19) Jane (17) SUSANNA (15) John (Grandson, 1)
The ages of the Susanna in 1851 and 1861 indicate it is not the Susannah who married George.
Have I completely messed up and have researched the wrong Heys. I don't think so as a member of the family told me some years ago about the two sisters, marrying two brothers. Sadly my informant has passed away.
Can anybody throw any light as to why my Susannah (wife of George Lancaster) seems to be missing from this family and why a younger Susannah has appeared.?
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
