No, not that. There are plenty of early 19th and 18th century passenger lists. 17th century too.
Its just that I have not looked for or found any from Liverpool to the West Indies.
Except some ships from Liverpool in 1715 carrying captured Scottish rebels from the Uprising in Preston.
I know about them because I looked for them. I found the
passenger lists in the London National archives.
One of the Scotsmen was my wife's immigrant rebel ancestor.
I have not looked for others.
There is a ridiculously expensive CD, some libraries have it, called "Calendar of State Papers" Colonial series, America and West Indies. Might have some passenger lists.
The original in London Archives. Maybe more.
