John Nugent Jackson born 1830 Achill Island Co Mayo, came to Liverpool 1844 to join the Merchant Navy,gained his Master Ticket in 1855, Married a Mary Catherine Price at Seaforth Litherland 1857 , Known Children James Harding, Thomas, Henry, Richard ( died at sea 1888) and one Daughter Catherine Victoria (spinster) Mary Catherine (wife) died 31st Dec 1891 buried in Rake Lane Cemetry Wallasey ,John Nugent died at home ,Oban Road Anfield 1904,buried also at Rake Lane Cemetry Wallasey.
