Please help

I am looking for Margaret Ann Thomas and her parents Edward and Elizabeth Thomas. Margaret Ann was born around 1853 in Cheapsides, her parents were married in the Parish Church, Liverpool, they resided in Cheapsides. Is there an index for the 1851 census for this area ?. Edward was listed as a brickmaker on his marriage record in 1845.

Where is Cheapsides ?, which parishes were in Cheapsides ? Any help on this matter is appreciated.
