I have Thomas BALDWIN (circa 1759 from Ightham, Kent) married to Elizabeth HALLEY in Ightham 1788.

I also have conflicting information from a reliable source that a Thomas BALDWIN (circa 1766 from SEAL, Kent) marrying Elizabeth GALLARD but no supporting information.

The problem I have is that I am able to link the Thomas BALDWIN (from SEAL) with a larger Baldwin family network dating back to 1550's, but have no traceable evidence of the Thomas BALDWIN (from Ightham) to link him to this Baldwin network.

Both Thomas' were born within a few years of each other, and both Seal and Ightham are only 3 miles apart ?? they may be the same person!??

Is there anyone out there that can help??
