I found a ref 2a 1098 Elham, Kent for a Charles Mercer and Harriet Maria Clements, Sept qtr 1861. I would like to have further info - addresses, parentage etc, if possible please, before purchasing a cert, as I would like ascertain if I have the right couple. Need to find MERCER addresses and family, asap please.
