Richard Welch born: 30 nov 1782 Tumbridge wells, Kent England Died:20 may 1820 in Tunkannock Pennsylvania .He is the first in our Bible. His brother was James M.Welch Baptized 25 march 1786 in Pembury. It says their parents were William and Ann Welch not from Pembury. I'm getting nowhere with the information. Everyone is from 1800's up. Richard left England in 1817 with his two boys Richard J. and George.I believe his wife's name was Sarah but she died 1816.
