Hi,
I'm trying to find out where Black Boy & Trumpet lane (1871 census) on the 1881 census it is only shown as Black Boy Lane, It's somewhere near Meg Thatchers Green & Cockoo Lane, but I'm beggered if I can find out where it was.
Lots of my family came from that area & one lived there throughout all of the census' .
Meg Thatchers Green is still there. There is a pub called the Blackboy, but it seems too far from M.T's Green to be the right place.

Can anyone help me out?
