There are no databases for divorce information. Information is held by the courts concerned and I doubt if they would give the information out, but I could be wrong.

When marrying for a second time you can use either your maiden name or married name. When I remarried the registrar asked which one I wanted to use and I used the name from my first marriage. Not much help I know but best of luck in your search.
