my grandfather was Septimus jacques born in Sunderland to John jacques john's father a William jacques born 1799 to mary jacques a single woman living in sadberge Co. Durham also in the village was a John jacques and his wife Anne can'not find their relationship. A friend has her family of Jacques living in Earsdon but one is living in Silksworth Colliery this village now in Sunderland borough and he is on both of these census in 1881
