I have an 97yr old relative on my family tree who lives in Newbotttle his father came from Houghton a short distance away he knows all the names of the families that lived in these villlages any info you need i,m sure he can supply he is also an artist who has painted a large number of pictures of the villages of a century ago he is a wonderful man
