The reference library at Stockton hold some old street maps of the town, tel 01642 393994 Mrs Chesney is the Reference Services Officer.

Thanks, I have to go down to Stockton later in the year on business so might have a look in at the library, it will give me a chance perhaps to look in some of the other censuses for around that period. I take it that the street no longer exists, it does not show up on the online street maps.
