Can anyone help me find info on Mary Jane Quick c1858 in Swansea who ran a sweetshop at 32 St. Peter's st. Tiverton between 1919 & 1923 Which was taken over by her sister Harriet ( c1853 in Swansea), was married to ? Brown. Mary aws a schoolmistress in Swansea on the 1881 census. I cannot find her or Harriet on the 1891 or the 1901 census. Why did they return to Tiverton the birthplace of their Father?
The info that I have is that the sweetshop was in the Quick family until 1947, I don't know if they owned or rented it.
