A few more items that I know about Robert C Stagg's family

The oldest son William Fraser Stagg was killed on Dec 31, 1918 when returning from WW1 when his troop train derailed in New Brunswick. His funeral was one of the largest in Toronto at the time.

The next daughter Elizabeth Stagg was married to Joseph Fisher as mentioned

The next son George Stagg lived for many years near Nordegg, Alberta where he was a Steam Engineer. He had 5 daughters.

The next son Jack/John Stagg had the ranch near Kew, Alberta. I believe that he was married twice.

The next sun was Robert Stagg jr. He served in WW1 and got a medical leave from exposure to poison gas. He never married

The next Son Edward Stagg I don't know much more than he was a helper on Joseph Fisher's farm and later moved to Edmonton

The next daughter, Annie Stagg never married and stayed in Calgary her whole life

The next son, Joseph Fisher Stagg died in 1918. Don't know much more than that

The next daughter Catherine Stagg married Roy Wonnacott.

Albert and Elma Stagg were twins. Albert Stagg had a ranch in the Millarville area and later became a carpet layer.

Elma Stagg married Steve Beatt who was killed in WW1. She never remarried to my knowledge

Elwood Stagg was adopted. He married Irene Stagg and they lived in Calgary.

Everyone of that generation has since passed on. I believe the last one to pass away was Elwood's wife Irene Stagg who passed away in 1990.

The other thing that strikes me is that if you have ever seen pictures of Robert C Stagg and Joseph Fisher, they could pass for twin brothers.
