I wonder if the reference to "George CHEADLE of Cheadle Acres" could be translated as "George from Cheadle, whose family owned some acres of land there"? In which case there is a possiblility that there are land records referring to his family. You could try looking at records such as Tithe maps for the Cheadle area. On the Cheshire Wills site, there are a number of CHEADLES who were husbandmen or yeomen. I have recently got some wills via that site - they took about 2 weeks to arrive in the UK.
