I have been unable to find William Chamney and his wife Eliza (nee Herbert )and family in the 1871 and 1881 census. Their daughter Mary was born in Denbigh Street, Birkenhead October 1870. I have tried various spellings of the surname but to no avail. I am not sure which district Denbigh Street would be in . William I think may have died in 1878 but Mary and her mother should appear some wherein the 1881)Any help would be gratefully received.
