I am trying to locate the marriage record for my 3rd great aunt Alice Lockett, born abt 1844, the daughter of William and Mary Ann Lockett of Hurdsfield. I have searched the FreeBMD for Cheshire and found three Alice Locketts who married in Cheshire during that time period but with no indentifying evidences (such as parents names) as to which one is mine. I have tried to follow the thread of the three married Alice's on the following census record but the trail I follow does not follow anything conclusive.

Is my only choice to purchase the certificate I think the most likely?

As I have HAD to do that for six others this month, the fiscal resources are currently low and I am looking for all avenues of research.
