On the 1851 census Daniel Keeling and Family are living in Styal Village in "The Manse". He is listed as a farmer with 51 acres. I am looking to find out which of the cottages in Stual this is.
All the other people on the census are labeled "The Green" I am guessing that it is close to the Methodist church on Farm Fold.
In 1841 he was a servant maybe the Butler in Norcliff Hall
