1888 November 9. James RIXON, personal estate £60. Administration of the personl estate iof James Rixon late of 208 Oliver St Birkenhead in the County of Chester, grocer, who died 30 September 1888 at 208 Oliver St Birkenhead, was granted to Sarah Ann Rixon of 208 Oliver St Widow the Relict.

Grace, the widow of James Herbert Rixon, appears to have remarried in 1918 to Charles F. Kelsey, her daughter Evelyn's father-in-law. So that means Grace is Evelyn's husband's step-mother as well as being his mother-in-law!
