One of the monumental brick walls in my tree is Mary Ann Russell, born July 25, 1810, in Stretham, Cambridgeshire. She married Joseph Trickett, an engineer from Pentrick, Derbyshire, in 1833 in the Stretham Parish Church.

Family lore has always held that Bertrand Russell was some sort of younger cousin, but I have not yet been able to make the connection. Mary Ann and Joseph lived first in Deptford, Kent, where their children were born, then they moved to Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, where they both died, fairly young, he in his early 40s in 1853, she in her mid 50s in 1867.

Does anyone have access to the baptismal records for Stretham from the early 1800s and could do a lookup for me?
