You quoted 1841 as below for Samuel Nailer but this is NOT the Samuel who married Emma Lawrence in 1849. If you look at the ages in 1841 that becomes obvious.

This Samuel age 2 would only have 10/11 in 1849. The older Samuel and Emma are too old to be the Samuel and Emma you quoted in 1861.

Samuel who married Emma Lawrence in 1849 was son of John and Susan, and was christened 1827 Bucklebury, and is with them age 13 in 1841.
