I can't find a Joseph Jackson among my data who is a candidate. BUT I do fnd an interesting marriage
Parents:
Father: John Jackson father
son Joseph marries
Spouse: Mary Ann Dickenson Family
Marriage: 16 SEP 1855 Bilston, Stafford, England
This all on the family search site of the Mormon people.
Then I find in Worcstershire this set of siblings of a Joseph J and Mary

Gender: Male Birth: 1861 Langley, Oldbury, Worcester, England

you are an absolute diamond. Thanks for that.

I have been trying to find my grandfathers family for 4 years and in the space of a month a couple of people including your kindself come forward with this information. Dennis Wood, the Proffessor of French Literature at Birmingham University was the other. He has connexions to the Farrier family that my grandfathers sister Matilda married into.

Dennis's family has Oldbury Jacksons in it. He's a nice chap and will give you the password I expect

Hi I know this goes way back but what whale/wale family have you got in your tree, my grandmothers family are Mann-Wale, also my Aunt Gladys is a Parkes who married a Member of the Mann family from Canal Street Oldbury. Lee
