I am at a loss and would appreciate if anyone who reads this post may have some ideas/suggestions for me. I have an ancestor, Joseph Eckharth who was born in 1903 in Eberan, Hungary, immigrated to the US in 1921, married Josephine Rosenberger in 1927 in New York, US Naturalized in 1931. Joseph was interested in the Communist party and he and his wife went to Russia. Joseph worked in the URAL mountains. They had a child named Olga Eckharth born in Russia. Joseph was drafted into the Russo Finnish war and survived. But after WWII this family was never heard from again. It seems this family just disappeared. I am at a loss as to where to look next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much
