Hello. Does anyone know how to look up records of Japanese military men who were in China in the early 1940's? My Japanese grandfather met and married my Chinese grandmother while he was in China in the early 1940's (before 1943). Somehow they got separated during the war and never found each other again. Where can I look up the record of Japanese men who went to China during World War 2? I would like to find my grandfather or at least find out where in Japan was he originally from. Thank you.
