Hello Rose

By being lost en-route could be possible as about that time or so, the japanese overran Burma and a lot of people fled to India. This was an overland trek through swamps and jungle and a lot of people would have got lost. This information was given to me by a person whose father fled burma along with my step great grand father!! and apparently they had a hard time trekking from burma to india through the jungles.
