I just read these old messages and was interested in the subject. My father served with the British Army and was in Poona in the early 40's. Although he served with the KOSBs, he was attached to the Royal Signals Regiment and taught at the Army Signal School in Poona. Right now I am trying to trace the location of my brother's grave in Poona.
