Hello and thank you so much for so much information. Major Hewitt was my great uncle, married to my dear great aunt Millicent. My grandmother was Norma Wilson Seth, who sold her share of the estate to auntie Millicent before immigrating to England in 1958. Mr. Daddyboy (how I always thought his name was spelled!) was a frequently mentioned name through out my childhood with both my grandparents, Albert Seth and Norma Wilson Seth. He was the instrumental person to finally get my grandparents' money transferred to England in 1972! I last saw Auntie Millicent in 1978, and she died in 1981 in Australia. The Fernandez family were Bob Wilson's children (Esther). Bob was my grandmother and Millicent's brother. The estate was inherited through my great grandmother, Ada Denton Wilson. Various family members have visited the place over the years but no one has been for some time and we have lost contact. I would like to pay a visit in the near future so would love to learn more. Thank you so much for your generous reply. If you want to contact me at dawnepettit@gmail.com, I would love to hear from you. Again thank you!
