I am searching for my Grandfather JAMES SLEMMEN born 28 June 1895 in Liverpool, England, United Kingdom.
I have a passenger list showing he travelled to Hong Kong on 02 October 1953 on the CHUSAN from the port of LONDON. He was followed to Hong Kong by his new wife Ruth Carolla Kroning on 12 January 1954 From Southampton, UK to Hong Kong on P&O ship 'CANTON' accompanied by her son- Bernd Marian Kroning-Slemmen aged 7 years. I would be SO grateful if anyone can help me find where James ended his days or where Ruth or Bernd went to as I have been searching for 16 years!
