I am searching for Douglas William Wong, born 8/08/1950, possibly in alameda,CA. I found a birth certificate w/ mother: chun yin cheung and father billy soon wo wong. Douglas was a merchant marine and stopped over to Honolulu, HI. He left to California and worked as a school bus mechanic. any help would be greatly appreciated.
